Quality Consulting that Makes
Sense
What We Do
We develop database and data warehousing
solutions. Our primary emphasis has been
on utility management, allocation, and billing software.
Our founder, David Dinwiddie, is the original author of the Oracle portion of the U.S. Navy's CUBIC utility allocation system.
His experience
and education (BS in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman
Institute and MS in Information Systems from Naval
Postgraduate School) contribute to a unique
and refreshing perspective on solving complex
problems. CUBIC is currently in production in San Diego, California, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii,
Pensacola, Florida, Jacksonville, Florida, Charleston, South Carolina, and Great Lakes, Illinois.
The Public Works Centers at Norfolk, Virginia and Yokosuka, Japan will bring CUBIC online in 2004.
